Banana Bread

It all started when...

My baby decide to be egg allergic! because our diets here aren't limited enough right...

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups King Arthur Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 large super duper almost ruined bananas - now MASH them
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup canola oil

Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease up this lovely mini loaf pan from amazon. Combine all things dry. Juts go ahead and mix those bad boys together. Peel your bananas. Then get those suckers as squishy as you can. Add that as well as the melted butter and oil then get it all combined well. Now divide that stuff out and bake it for 14-16 minutes. 

I did add some sliced almonds on top and a little confectioners sugar. The sugar was AFTER baking obviously.
