It all started when...
I wanted a freaking banana muffin. Yeah, no cute kid story, lol. I love banana muffins. So tired I got of the dry nasty mixes I had tried so here we go.. from scratch .. muffins of the very banana variety.
- 1 1/2 cups King Arthur Gluten Free Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large super duper almost ruined bananas - now MASH them
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease up some muffin pans. Combine all things dry. Juts go ahead and mix those bad boys together. Peel your bananas. Then get those suckers as squishy as you can. Add that as well as the egg and melted butter and then get it all combined well. Now divide that stuff out and bake it for 14-16 minutes.
* note sometimes I add Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips. You know for prosperity.
