Making and Making the things!

From undies to outdoor play to finishing up a contest from the facebook page its been a productive day! First up the undies. I use the Greenstyle Walbrook men's boxer brief pattern and this customer is so excited for these! The lovely curseword prints are super soft 95/5 cotton lycra from the Madhouse fabrics "behind the curtain' line. Now Deadpool was a custom order print bought a while back and it is no longer able to be purchased sorry!! When it's gone its gone.

Gotta love some great potty words on the undies !

Who wouldn't want Deadpool Boxer Briefs? Pair in some curse word fabric and It's really a Deadpool perfect masterpiece. Nothing better suited.

And Kolby was kind enough to help with the drawing from entries for a 10 image mini digital session. Congrats to Zandral Shepherd on her win!

Then of course -- as its 76 degrees in December (And with the front coming will be HALF that tomorrow.) My youngest three could not contain their selves and just HAD to use up the last few hundred water balloons hidden away. They are a wild bunch of heathens.

busy busy

I have gotten so much more done than this but well here are some highlights.

I cut wood

I turned said wood into a bed and I only hit my thumb once. But I could not locate my drill charge cord so I got to build this old school. Yeah - 2 inch nail lots of glue and a hammer. I couldn't even find the big hammer so I had to use one of the kids Lowes kiddie sized hammers.

Then I built another...

And thanks to my trusty helpers painted everything in the process of painting them.

Hopefully she isn't too bothered by my crappy hand embroidery work on the cookie pillows but that's not my best skill at all.

NOW - for the details. The plans for these cute little beds that basically ANYBODY can build. I mean seriously let your daughter build this. Or have your son build it for your daughter if looking for a good homeschool wood shop project.

What is that you may ask? ok you know its a merry go round. That's an early Christmas gift because where the hell was I suppose to hide a merry go round?? And getting it delivered closer to Christmas wasn't going to be possible. Took a lot of looking to find a smaller version. This still holds children up to 12 years old only it is only rated for 4 kids where as the larger ones hold many more children. BUT they also cost a shit load more and take up a ton of yard space. I finally found a nice reasonably sized 4 foot one at this online retailer. We went with the simple 4 foot one.
