10 solid years of photo shoots. MAN, how the little ones grow. From this side of a camera sometimes I think I get a different perspective on how my little clients change each year, I don’t usually see them between sessions, so the change is more dramatic from this point of view. Never a dull moment here… This family is so fun. Here’s to 10 more years of family photos!!
Well two more birthdays. Korah is NOW A TEEN! and Kel is 11! SO, we threw the big Labor Day BBQ and had a blast. Double water slide, Dunking booth, Animals from Cochrills Country Critters. We did the farm animal petting pen, snakes and horse rides. The snakes were by far a favorite with this bunch.
Never a dull moment though. We did have one injury sustained. But all is well. Shout out to Jacksonville Unity. Fast and friendly repair for miss split my head. She’s well on her way to a great anime character costume for Halloween. What’s cooler than an eyebrow scar?
All in all a great time. Lots of animals to love.
I would say it was a 10 out of 10. NOW, let’s plan for Halloween…
I’m looking at a putt putt golf course that they come setup and then setting up a whole ass casino.
Gotta get a ton of prizes of course.
Need to get at least 500 glow eggs to fill with candy and I need one more fog machine and two more bubble machines, this house is bigger than the last house.

I mean how do you NOT get the bull right??? So we’ll be doing bull riding videos. Kheagan is taking video editing as a class this year so she will now be in charge of my bull video. Congrats Kheagan!
One more week until school starts. A lot of prep left to do this week. And I have GOT to start knitting Christmas shit its almost fall!

Golden birthdays — did YOU know about them? Yeah, my teen came at me with this BS a few months ago. I STILL say it’s some shady ass money making scheme they have concocted in the party industry. Well, my one baby girl (the sweet one) turned 3 on the 3rd of May, but also my oldest girl was 15 on May 15th. I was informed by said teen that’s a double golden birthday so then came her party ideas. We called up for the double waterslide we do every party. (dry in cold months water in hot) Must be the double lane because our party ends up half preschoolers, half teens and you cannot put them on the same lane. BUT we hit up Cockrill’s Country Critters, what kids don’t love some animals?? These sure do.
Well, when they can steal them away from the grown folks. This birthday girl did steal it a while lol. But the Roo spent most the afternoon being snuggled by middle aged ladies who are at the I miss my baby, but my damn kids are too young to give me grandkids yet stage.
We did 3 of their party packages, petting animal coral, horse to ride, and the kangaroo. because nobody can agree on shit around here.

Here’s a winner. A guest got this lovely image of the birthday baby after she stuck her hand pretty much up a cow’s ass to try to load it in the trailer herself and got shit on.

We party hard. None of that 2 hour party BS around here this was 8 solid hours of partying hard. (only 2 hours with the animals but the party did go on LOL) Next birthday girl will be turning 8 in July. She is one of the few kids that shares no party with a sibling because the is an outlier, with no one else with a birthday close. BUT she gets to share hers with America and have hers on the weekend of the 4th each year.
