Baby girl Klara Faye made her appearance on May 3rd, 2022. On May 2nd I went in to be monitored for high blood pressure. It was not stabilizing even with IV medication, so they did an ultrasound to check position since little bit had done summersaults for months. About one minute into the ultrasound the tech asks, “Have all your ultrasounds been normal?” at that point you know something is not right.

Little bit had a huge cyst that we later found out to be an ovarian cyst. Super large and rare being full of ounces of fluid that later had to be drained. Once they found this on the ultrasound the Dr. recommended between that and my pressure we deliver then, at 36 weeks 3 days and that she would go right to children’s NICU.
